On an order in progress, a seller sees Need to quote extra work. Send quote to buyer opens the quote form. Once a quote is sent, the order shows Extra work awaiting buyer payment, until the buyer decides. It is not sent from here. Step two. Answer a quote. Now as the buyer, Owen. His order shows a Quote for extra work. He can accept and pay, and the order gains the days and the price. Decline turns it down. Neither is clicked here. Step three. Reply to a review. Back as the seller, Priya. Reviews lists what buyers wrote. Post Reply answers a review in public. A calm, helpful reply shows buyers how you work. It is not clicked here. That is all three.
