Big marketplaces take a cut you do not control. On your own site you set the commission rate yourself, give one seller a different rate, and take a share of tips. You need the free WP Sell Services plugin. It takes about a minute. It shows step one of the full video, Choose your commission. Step one. Set the commission rate. Open Settings, then Commission and Tax. Platform Commission has the Commission rate, as a percentage. Per-Vendor Rates lets you give one seller a different rate.
