One flat commission can leave money behind. Pro lets you set rates by category, volume or level, and sell paid plans to sellers. Here is where each one is set. You need WP Sell Services Pro, with the free plugin. It takes about three minutes. There are three steps. Set commission by rule. Add a commission rule. Offer paid seller plans. Step one. Set commission by rule. Open Settings, then Commission and Tax. Commission Rules, a Pro card, lists your rules by Name, Type, Rate, Priority and Status. Here are Trusted sellers keep more, and High-volume sellers. A rule beats the flat rate when it matches. A lower Priority number is evaluated first. Step two. Add a commission rule. Add New Rule has a Rule Name and a Rule Type, with Category IDs, Minimum Lifetime Sales or a Vendor Level to match. Then a Commission Rate, and a Priority. Tick Active, and the rule starts to apply. Step three. Offer paid seller plans. In Vendor Settings, Vendor Subscriptions, a Pro card, has Feature Settings for what plans control. Subscription Plans lists your plans, here Starter and Studio.
