Your marketplace lives on trust, and one poor listing costs you buyers. Turn on moderation, and every new service waits for your approval before it goes live. You need a site running the free WP Sell Services plugin. It takes about a minute. It shows steps one and two of the full video, Keep quality high. Step one. Turn on the checks. Open Settings, then Vendor Settings. Service Moderation holds new services for your approval. Review Moderation holds new reviews until you approve them. Save at the foot of the section. Step two. Approve services. Open Moderation. Tabs show Pending, Approved and Rejected, and Pending lists services waiting for you. Each row has Approve and Reject. Approve puts the service live.
