Taking work you cannot do costs you reviews. You can edit or pause a listing, take a break, and earn seller levels as you deliver. Here is where each one lives. You need a seller account on a site with the free WP Sell Services plugin. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Edit or pause a service. Turn on Vacation Mode. See the seller levels. Then check a seller level as the owner. Step one. Edit or pause a service. My Services lists your listings, with All, Active, Drafts and Pending review. Each row has Edit and View. Pause takes a live service off the marketplace, and you can bring it back. It is not clicked here. Step two. Turn on Vacation Mode. Open Profile. Availability holds Vacation Mode. Vacation Message tells buyers why you are away, and Back on says when you return. Switch it on, then click Save Changes. It is not saved here. Step three. See the seller levels. The vendors page shows every seller. Badges such as Top Rated and Rising Vendor show how a seller is doing. Levels update by themselves as a seller delivers work and earns good reviews. Step four. Check a seller level as the owner. Open a seller in Vendors, then the Settings tab. Vendor Level lets you set a level by hand, including the Pro Vendor level that only you can give. That is all four. A service edited or paused, Vacation Mode found, the levels seen, and a level checked as the owner. Your workload, in your hands. Next in this series: Win work from buyers who are already looking.
