Buyers choose on trust. A gallery, a portfolio and clear questions up front mean fewer queries and more orders. Here is where each one is set. You need a seller account on a site with the free WP Sell Services plugin. It takes about four minutes. There are four steps. Add pictures and a video. Show your past work. Ask for what you need. Then see the finished listing. Step one. Add pictures and a video. In the service form, Gallery comes third. Main Image is the picture on your listing card. Add more media opens Additional Images, to add more pictures, and a Showcase video, that takes a YouTube or Vimeo link. Click Add Image, or paste the video link, then save with Save Draft or Publish Service. Step two. Show your past work. Portfolio, in your dashboard, lists the work you have done. Each item can be edited, deleted, or featured. Add Portfolio Item adds a new one. Feature puts it first on your page. Step three. Ask for what you need. Back in the form, Buyer Requirements is the fourth step. These are questions the buyer answers when they order. Each has a Question and an Answer Type, and can be marked Required. Extras and FAQs, on the next step, answer common doubts before the buyer asks. Step four. See the finished listing. This is the service page. The picture and gallery are at the top, and What you get under it. Requirements tells the buyer what you will ask. Frequently Asked Questions answer the rest. Portfolio shows your past work, so a buyer can judge it before ordering. That is all four. Pictures and a video added, past work shown, requirements asked, and the finished listing seen. A listing buyers can trust. Next in this series: Keep your listings and workload under control.
